Online Courses

Brief
I was asked to assist Hayley, the founder of Motion Hatch, in editing videos for her latest course, Balanced Business Bootcamp. In addition to the video work, I've taken on various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the course community website built on Circle.so.
What I did
I edited a total of 24 lesson videos for the Sustainable Systems Foundation Course to an excellent standard. Subsequently, I uploaded these videos and organised the lessons in Circle.so. Additionally, I assisted with the transfer of lessons from Teachable to Circle and wrote detailed descriptions for each lesson, complete with links to the presentation slides. Alongside these tasks, I crafted well-designed worksheets to complement the lessons, providing Hayley with extra time and ensuring her students could easily navigate and enhance their learning experience in the course.
Results
This course has performed exceptionally well, receiving rave reviews from students. As I took charge of the most time-consuming tasks, Hayley could focus on managing other aspects of her business. This collaborative effort not only contributed to the high-quality delivery of the course but also ensured it was well-organised, resulting in its impressive success.

Brief
I was tasked with updating Kelly's signature Instagram Guide Course. The course information needed an update, the video required re-editing for the re-launch.
What I did
I implemented a system of proofreading and editing the new slides onto the old course videos, using masks to ensure a seamless edit. Leveraging the systems and procedures in place using Click-Up and Airtable, I seamlessly integrated into the team and completed the assigned tasks.
Results
Kelly and her team entrusted me with the responsibility of completing all the materials within the given deadline, ensuring the successful re-launch of the course on its scheduled date.
YouTube

Brief
In 2021, I took on the challenge of editing podcast episodes for Hayley, the CEO and founder of Motion Hatch. The success of this content led to the development of a YouTube Channel with the mission to 'Teach the business side of Motion Design.'
What I did
Every other week, I work within the Motion Hatch team to produce and distribute bi-weekly YouTube videos. From video editing to designing thumbnails, my role ensures a seamless production. Additionally, I transform these videos into short-form content for various social media platforms. Operating within tight deadlines has become second nature, and I've implemented efficient procedures to keep the entire process running smoothly.
Results
I've witnessed the channel's remarkable growth, soaring from a few hundred subscribers to an impressive 15 thousand. This surge not only solidifies Motion Hatch's authority in the industry but also significantly boosts their online visibility. The organic reach on YouTube has proven invaluable, translating into increased course sales for Motion Hatch. Looking ahead, the YouTube channel is poised to become the primary source of leads in the coming years, leveraging the fact that YouTube is the second-largest search engine after Google.
Social Media

Brief
Motion Hatch were facing a significant decline in reach and engagement on Instagram, and they hadn't been able to dedicate time to create original content for TikTok, missing out on a potential audience.
What I did
I recommended utilising trending sounds on both platforms to maximise reach. For these trending videos, I often present a controversial, relatable, or educational concept to the audience and use the platform's text features to create a clear call to action, significantly boosting engagement. To maintain consistency, especially on Instagram, I craft a cover photo in Canva using Motion Hatch branding.
Results
Since I took over their Instagram Reels and TikTok, Motion Hatch's reach and engagement have seen a significant boost. Their TikTok following has doubled, and Instagram engagement is up by 25.7%, with reach increasing by 14.5%.

Brief
Bryan approached me with the goal of elevating his social media presence to attract more students to his tutoring business. His aim was to convey professionalism and knowledge to potential followers and students.
What I did
I kicked off the process with my 'Profile Re-vamp' service, transforming his profile into a polished business page. Subsequently, I initiated a streamlined content planning procedure, ensuring Bryan could focus his time on his passions—playing and teaching guitar.
Results
In the first month of managing @BryanGuitar on Instagram, the page reached 3,324 accounts and engaged with 231 accounts—an impressive improvement of 7,600% compared to the previous month on the platform.
